This is an action brought by E.J.

Lander individually and E. J. Lander & Co. a corporation, against F. C. Hartson. The purpose of the action is to determine whether E. J. Lander or Fred C. Hartson is the owner of 260 shares of stock of the E. J. Lander corporation, now registered in the name of Hartson on the books of the corporation.
