This is an action of trespass on the case for negligence arising from a collision between plaintiff's automobile and defendant's truck at the intersection of Gordon and Potters avenues in the city of Providence. The case was tried without a jury before a justice of the superior court who decided for the plaintiff and awarded damages in the sum of $750.
