This is a suit by appellee, Sol Nathan, against appellant, Bertie Lou Tays Martin, to quiet title to two parcels of land located in Cotton Plant, Woodruff County, Arkansas. Parcel No. 1 consists of a tract of approximately ten acres and Parcel No. 2 is described as "Lot 1, Block 8, the Town of Cotton Plant, Woodruff County, Arkansas".
