This is an action brought by H.B. Haddad, as plaintiff, against D.A. Cothran for the recovery of rent due and to become due within one year from the filing of the petition and in which the appellant, Harold W. Armor, sought to intervene, claiming an interest in certain items of personal property seized under an order of attachment issued at the commencement of the action. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
