MILLWEE, Justice.

Appellee, Hugh A. Kirk, was granted a divorce from appellant, Mary Jane Kirk, on the ground of three years separation without cohabitation. The principal issue on this appeal is the sufficiency of the evidence to support the chancellor's finding that appellee was a bona fide resident of Arkansas for the statutory period.

The parties were married in 1941 and lived in San Francisco, California where appellee was employed as a patent attorney...
