Defendant appeals from a conviction of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The verdict established: That on the day of defendant's arrest he had been selling merchandise to taverns in Beaver County and at approximately 9:00 p.m. was driving toward New Brighton.
