Arnold and Zen Taylor on June 8, 1950, and sought to have the defendants removed from a certain described building in Summerville, Georgia, occupied as a cafe. The plaintiff alleged in his affidavit that the defendants were in possession of the described premises as tenants at will; that they failed to pay the rent then due; that he had demanded possession of the building and premises...
