This is an appeal by Archer-Daniels-Midland Company, plaintiff and appellant, from a decree of the district court confirming a valuation fixed by the board of equalization of Douglas County, Nebraska, upon the tangible property of the plaintiff. The board of equalization is defendant and appellee.
