This litigation began with a bill of complaint filed by the appellee against her husband, the appellant, containing prayers for division of their property, for support and maintenance, and for costs and attorney's fees. It ended with a decree declaring that the designated property could not be enjoyed by the parties "in unity"; that one-half of it should go immediately to the wife, and one-half of the income from the remainder should be paid to her...
