This cause arises under the Workmen's Compensation Act of the State of Wyoming and brings up for review an order made by the District Court of Sweetwater County declining to make an award in favor of plaintiff and appellant, Ella Mae Trent, who asserts that at the time of the death of J. Walter Trent she was his wife and depending on him for support. The employer, the Union Pacific Coal Company...
