This appeal comes before this court for review on a clerk's transcript. The defendant was charged with the crime of reckless driving. Section 321.283, 1950 Code, I.C.A. He entered a plea of not guilty. After trial to the court he was found guilty as charged and was fined One Hundred Dollars and costs, and in default of payment of the fine, the defendant was ordered committed to the county jail of Clinton County for a period of thirty days.
