Bethlehem Supply Company sued H. W. Zweig upon an account for described pipe allegedly sold him. Further alleging, the validity of the claim, the purchase more than thirty days prior to the institution of the suit, and non-payment or satisfaction, the plaintiff also sought recovery of reasonable attorney's fees alleged to be $500.00, under the provisions of Article 2226 of the Revised Civil Statutes...
