At the close of the trial herein, I requested the plaintiff to submit proposed findings and conclusions. This was done and the parties have addressed briefs to the findings and conclusions thus proposed. In its brief, the defendant has not questioned the proposed findings and my study of the record satisfies me that the findings as proposed are indeed required by the proofs.
