This is an appeal from a judgment in an action brought for the abatement of an alleged nuisance and for damages. The complaint was in two paragraphs; the first, praying an injunction, and the second asking damages. The trial court found for the appellants on the first paragraph, and it is, therefore, not involved in this appeal.
