S. Barr Berman, appellee, recovered a judgment for personal injuries against Marie DeC Romfh, as guardian of E.C. Romfh, appellant. The amended complaint alleges that while the plaintiff was lawfully upon the premises of the defendant he was viciously attacked and bitten by two bull dogs owned by defendant and that he did not provoke or aggravate said dogs.
