The motion was heard upon the complaint filed in the present suit, the plaintiff's answers to certain interrogatories interposed by the defendant, the insurance policies involved, and the counterclaims presented against the present plaintiff in certain actions pending in Hampton County, South Carolina, in February, 1950...
