This is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus, addressed to the supreme court of Hawaii, but presented by the petitioner to me as a justice of that court. It prays that the warden of Oahu Prison be commanded to produce the bodies of John Palakiko and James Edward Majors, convicted murderers under sentences of death from the first circuit court of the Territory awaiting execution on the gallows...
