The sole issue now before the Court is, Does Section 541.07(5) of the Minnesota Statutes apply to civil anti-trust actions brought by private individuals to recover damages for alleged anti-trust violations? Section 541.07 provides,

"The following actions shall be commenced within two years;

* * * * * *

"(5) For the recovery of wages, overtime, damages, fees...
