WILLIAMSON, Justice.

The case is reported to us to decide questions of law raised by the complaint, plea of former conviction, demurrer and joinder. The complaint charges operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The conviction was for the offense of being found intoxicated in a public place.
