On April 13, 1949, the County Solicitor of Palm Beach County, Florida, filed in the Criminal Court of Record an information consisting of ten counts against Leo J. Rader charging him with the crime of perjury. Count Ten was quashed by an order of the Court and the defendant-appellant went to trial before a jury on Counts One to Nine, inclusive, which resulted in a verdict of guilty on each Count from One to Nine, inclusive.
