This appeal on questions of law is from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court, arrived at without the intervention of a jury and allowing recovery to plaintiff, a widow, of the death benefits provided for in the constitution of defendant United Brotherhood of Carpenters following the death of her husband, a member of local union No. 1602 affiliated with the brotherhood which is an unincorporated association and international in scope.
