This is an action, 28 U.S.C.A. § 2325, brought by the Trustee of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company to enjoin execution of an order of the Interstate Commerce Commission entered on July 10, 1950, requiring the carrier to establish reasonable rates for the transportation of grain and grain products, shipped from points on its line in central Kansas to Omaha, Nebraska, and Council Bluffs, Iowa, over routes maintained between such points...
