Wehrle, Clerk of the County Court of Kanawha County, dated June 1, 1944, against O. S. Baker, who asserts herein that he occupies the status of the former owner of the property in controversy, as assignee of the devisee of J. A. Caufield, deceased, in whose name the property was declared delinquent...
