Appellant was convicted of two felonies: (1) robbery and (2) burglary. Displeased with the treatment he received he demands reversal of both judgments on the grounds that (1) the crime of burglary was "in fact not even attempted"; (2) the joinder for trial of the two counts was prejudicial error.
