JONES, J.

This is an appeal from a judgment and sentence rendered in the county court of Canadian county wherein the defendant, Thomas Jefferson Toma, was sentenced to serve thirty days in the county jail and pay a fine of $100 and costs for the alleged offense of reckless driving.

This case will have to be reversed because of the ambiguous verdict which was returned by the jury, to which verdict the defendant excepted at the time it was received.
