Plaintiff, Akio Kuwahara, was born an American national of Japanese ancestry in the State of Wyoming on November 30, 1925. At the age of five years he was sent to Japan by his parents to attend school. At the outbreak of our recent war with Japan he was sixteen years of age and attending what would be comparable to high school in this country. Upon completion of his schooling he worked as a civilian employee in a clerical capacity with the Japanese...
