The defendants appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant, Wandner Company, Inc., the owner of the lands and premises described in the complaint, and adjudging that it is prior to the lien of the mortgage of the co-defendant, Jacob Hirsch.
