On September 12, 1948, respondents were, and subject to the transaction herein involved, continue to be the owners of a tract of land in Kootenai County, known as Tax No. 911. This tract of land contains five acres more or less, its greater length is east and west, and it lies immediately north of and adjacent to the present Pennsylvania Avenue of the City of Coeur d'Alene.
