In a suit to settle the estate of Albert S. Johnson, the court confirmed the report of the Master Commissioner allowing certain claims asserted by the decedent's son, Louis A. Johnson, and claims against him which aggregate substantially the same sum. It likewise denied certain claims. We have appeals and cross-appeals by the personal representative and the claimant.
