The facts found are that the defendant husband, who at all times hereafter mentioned was, and still is, a resident and voter in this State, went to Mexico and in one day did all that was necessary to procure a "divorce" granted some months later. This was without the approval of the plaintiff wife and because of her refusal to agree to a divorce here.
