Appellees brought this suit against appellant to establish their title to land as the heirs of Everan Price, a feme sole. They will be referred to as plaintiffs, and the appellant, as defendant. The defendant claims title to the land under two instruments bearing different dates, which were executed by Everan Price and which, in form, are deeds, each conveying the land to defendant.
