This action arises out of an automobile accident which occurred on the Bucklin hill road, on Bainbridge Island, at about 7:30 a.m., December 28, 1948. The section of road involved runs north from the crest of the hill, descending a three per cent grade for approximately one hundred feet, thence down on a 6 1/3 per cent grade.
