The appellant sought damages for the claimed wrongful breach of a contract he had with the appellee to furnish and drive a school bus for a term ending with the close of the 1949-1950 term. He was advised October 20, 1948, that his contract was terminated effective the first day of November following. The appellee admitted the execution and later cancellation of the contract and claimed its action was justified because of the failure of the defendant...
