At approximately 5:00 p. m. on February 16, 1950, a 72 year old pedestrian, Martha Baker, was struck and fatally injured by a truck operated by Willie Wayne Frederick. This truck was owned by and used in the business of Will Frederick, the father and employer of Willie Wayne Frederick.
