This case involves the construction of section (c) of the sixteenth paragraph of the will of Louis F. Liebhardt, deceased. It arose when the Colorado National Bank, as testamentary trustee, filed its complaint in the nature of interpleader, alleging that conflicting claims were being made to certain of the trust property, and asking that the disputing claimants be required to interplead their rights and claims.
