Appellant, Mrs. Adele Louise Tucker, was adjudged insane by due proceedings in the Court of Ordinary of Ware County, Georgia on December 18, 1929, and on the same date the Court ordered that "W. W. Sharpe, Sr. be and he is hereby appointed guardian of the person and property of Mrs. A. L. Tucker and that letters of guardianship issue to the said W. W. Sharpe, Sr. upon his taking the usual oath and giving bond and security as required by law...
