The children of Henry J. Hurlbut, deceased, filed objections to the probate of his will alleging the testator was of unsound mind and incapable of making a will; that he had been subjected to the undue influence of proponent; and that he had been induced to make the will in proponent's favor by reason of the latter's fraud and false representations. The will gave testator's two adult children one dollar each and almost all of the rest of his property...
