MEMORANDUM BY THE COURT.

Action by a husband to annul his marriage with defendant, and for a judgment declaring null and void a Mexican divorce procured by a prior wife. Defendant wife counterclaims for a separation. The court dismissed the complaint, granted a separation on the counterclaim, awarded custody of a child to the wife, and made provision for the support of the wife and child. Plaintiff appeals from the judgment.

Judgment affirmed, with costs....
