This suit was instituted on February 22, 1949, by John Harrison Hill against his brother, Rev. T. Wesley Hill, and the Trustees of Bible Baptist Church of Knoxville. The original bill sought a recovery against T. Wesley Hill on his personal notes aggregating more than $7,000 and a decree subjecting to the payment of the debt certain property on Cherokee Boulevard in Knoxville claimed by the Church...
