The partnership and the individual members brought this suit against Frank Rumore, praying for judgment for $1200.00, as a commission alleged to have been earned, and for $400.00, as an attorney's fee, claiming that the plaintiffs obtained a purchaser for certain real estate owned by Rumore and that Rumore accepted...
