This is a proceeding instituted by the National Labor Relations Board to attach the Berkley Machine Works & Foundry Company, Inc., of Norfolk, Virginia, and two of its officers for contempt of court in failing to bargain collectively in good faith with a labor union as directed by decree of this court entered on July 20, 1946. A special master was appointed to hear the evidence bearing on the alleged contempt and report same with his findings...
