This case is instituted in trespass by plaintiff against Harvey E. Romig, defendant, for alleged damages as the result of a collision at the intersection of Fifteenth and Walnut Streets on September 21, 1949. A counterclaim was filed by defendant. The jury rendered a verdict in favor of plaintiff for $1,008.27. Defendant then filed motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for a new trial. Defendant does not in his briefs...
