The Plaintiff, a citizen of the State of Mississippi, originally brought this action in the Circuit Court of Pearl River County, Mississippi, against the Protective Life Insurance company, doing business in Mississippi, and the First Federal Savings and Loan Association, a Mississippi corporation.
