This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff entered on a jury verdict in an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by appellee in a collision between his automobile and appellant's railroad train at a grade crossing at a point about one-quarter of a mile south of Percy, Illinois.
