This proceeding was instituted in the County Court of Dallas County by Mrs. Bertha Galloway, widow and administratrix of the estate of Bedford Galloway, deceased, to have set aside to her two separate tracts of farm land belonging to the estate of the said Bedford Galloway as a homestead, for all exempt personal property belonging to said estate, and for allowance in lieu of exempt property not on hand and for one year's support.
