Plaintiff in error Bill Edwards, defendant below, and one J.C. Frierson, were charged by information in the district court of Tulsa county, Oklahoma, with the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, 6 cases (144 pints), second offense. A jury was waived and the defendant was tried by the court, found guilty, and sentenced to 6 months' imprisonment and to pay a fine of $300. From the judgment and sentence thus imposed this appeal was perfected...
