Frierson, were charged by information in the district court of Tulsa county, Oklahoma, with the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, 6 cases (144 pints), second offense. A jury was waived and the defendant was tried by the court, found guilty, and sentenced to 6 months' imprisonment and to pay a fine of $300.
