The patent in suit is United States Patent No. 2012916, issued August 27, 1935, to R. H. Pott (filed January 30, 1932) for an "impact tool". Holsclaw Brothers, Inc., has a reversionary right granted to it by Pott under the patent. An exclusive license to manufacture articles under it, and certain other patents...
