The bill of complaint herein was filed to secure dissolution of Oakwood Manufacturing Company, a limited copartnership, which at the inception of this litigation was composed of plaintiffs and Justis Wood. During the pendency of the suit Wood died and the executrix of his estate was substituted as defendant.
