Per Curiam.

The workmen's compensation policy was issued by the plaintiff as of May 13, 1947, to cover one year. The initial premium of $270.30 was paid, and by an indorsement of the policy the officers of the corporation were specifically excluded from coverage.

On April 7, 1947, prior to the writing of the policy, subdivision 6 of section 54 of the Workmen's Compensation Law, was amended. (L. 1947, ch. 717...
