Plaintiff brought this suit for an accounting. Some testimony was taken in open court bearing upon the issues presented by plaintiff's amended bill of complaint and the answer thereto. On the third day of the hearing, and before defendants had rested, the circuit judge made and caused to be entered the following order:

"This matter having come on to be heard, the court having taken testimony in open court and being fully advised in the premises,...
